Stop discrimination against African Americana's getting employed

I am writing this petition to bring awareness that there is 8% increase of African Americana's who are unemployed in the united states mainly do to discrimination many African Americana's do have the qualifications that various employers are looking for but do not even get considered for the job because of skin color.

On most job applications the following statement asks your ethnicity to be even a qualified candidate but they say underlined in bold print this does not effect your chances of employment but the end result is that we as African Americana's continue to stay unemployed.
