Background (Preamble):
Conflict diamonds are also known as blood diamonds which are used by rebels to fund civil wars within Africa. The diamonds are forcefully mined under heavy rebel control and later are sold to international diamond dealers.
Even after exposing many diamond dealers and retailers, they still continue to sell conflict diamonds all over the world. We need to help put a stop to this and the only way we can do this is by speaking out and voicing your opinions to local government officials and human rights organizations.

Petition:
We, the undersigned, ask the UN and Amnesty International to take action against the diamond industry which still continues to deal conflict diamonds.
