Stop Companies from using ''Obamacare'' as a reason to cut part time worker hours

It is a well established fact that most College students (80% statistically) work part time in addition to college, in addition to this many lower income households relly on their highschool children to work in addition to going to school. These families often depend on their children working 30+ hours while going to school.
Companies lately have decided to use ''Obamacare'' as a political ploy to cut part time hours down to 20 (in many cases). It doesn't take a mathematician to know that you can't survive on a 175$ paycheck these days.
Companies paying for insurance premiums is like a company paying all of its workers an extra 1-3$'s an hour (probably less because they get a discount from insurance companies), that puts the real min. wage at 10$'s an hour (many places) which is hardly a totalitarian conspiracy.
Companies can afford these rates and it's immoral to use hard working students as a political football to be disposed of when it's conveniant politically.
As an act of true patriotism and worker solidarity, this is a petition for the city council to act against companies trying to cut part-time worker hours in an attempt to rile up anger against the President of the United states.
It's completely unpatriotic to conspire against the President and it's completely immoral by many people's standards to use poorer families as a method to do so.
Will you stand with hard working Americans and make these shady business practices illegal?
