Background (Preamble):
On 16th September, "Kannadaprabha" Daily Kannada State Paper flashed a news that "We will not hesitate to kill Elephants" by Mr.M.C.Naanayya, MLC, JDS Party, Government of Karnataka. The most unfortunate thing that law makers giving this type of statement.
Elephant Population is coming down rapidly while farmers protecting their farms by giving illegal electricity through fencing which lead to death of hundreds of elephants in past 2 years.
Supreme Court had strongly ordered all state government should submit report about killing of elephants by illegal supply of electricity through fencing within stipulated time.

Petition:
We, the undersigned, disagree with the statement given by M.C.Naanayya, MLC. He should be reviewed under the Wildlife Protection Act 1972 and disqualified from his post.
