Animal abuse is a terrible thing that is going on in the world right now as we speek.
People are tourturing animals- whom connot speek; but can feel pain. Because of the increace in popularity in certain breeds such as the rottweiler, there has come an abundance of dogs in the world; 10,000 people are born a day, nothing compared to the 70,000 dogs and cats born as well.
