We are tired of wrongful termination. People are tired of going bankrupt, loosing their homes, car, spouses and even children if dignity is all that can be left. And only and because a manager or the staff can wake up in a bad hair day, or had a hang over or things where personally bad at home that they can come in and just terminate you for no reason and there is no law to back that damage.

People get hired for a job and get committed and inspired to it. But suddenly, a third hand out of the company gets in and comment about your job and then you are fire because an ex lover, a neighbor a former employer or a family member acquainted and made comment not related to where you are now hire. You get hired for a job and get committed and suddenly we do not have a job, no car, no home and if you apply for a credit card everyone on the site has to comment because you put the name of your job on the application and they may had call.

WE ARE TIRED! WE THINK IS ABOUT TIME THIS BE PUT TO A STOP! WE STRONGLY BELIEVE THE LAW NEEDS TO BE CHANGE! Changed from being hired to being terminated for personal reason not job related and not spoken to be heard. People are getting terminated because you either was hired in a group of people whom may have believe you the same or other race and once found otherwise it terminates you. People are being terminated because of their financial status, disability, race and being car less even if you live two block down from your worksite. People are being terminated from work in behalf of a third-party emotions, ex-relationship or personal life outside of the worksite prior to getting hire for this job. And people are getting fire and all debt up because someone just had a clowning morning or a bad day. This behavior of rights that a manager has the rights to terminate you for no reason; it is not only affecting the fired employee financially but the cash flow as well.

This is one person whom may had commence to become self-sufficiency in the eyes of others and ends up terminated and back to the welfare or any government system. For those whom are always evaluating and commenting others lifestyle as if they knew but may as well be participant of other financial damages just by commenting what they do not know.

We are tired of wrongful termination with personal reasons in a closet.
I as an individual would like to take a petition to bring forward to the Whitehouse to see if there is a possibility that this law can be change at some point. By taking petition we are showing by the number of signature to the government of how many people are here whom had intended once, twice and many more time and are affected by being terminated for what we believe personal reasons that are outside of the worksite rules and policy.

By signing on this petition we want to show the government that many of us whom are sitting and laying back at home living out of the government as others may say because of these ongoing wrongful termination with no law and rights to do so. Some of us may believe that this law is being abused as far as being able to terminate for no reason and no cause to anyone not measuring the damages. If you believe you have been terminated from a job or more than a job for no reason; for reasons not spoken about to not be heard in public.

Rather than just commenting about it and sobbing about it, I suggest that you sign this petition with no fear. Even if it is anonymous and these signature will be send to the Whitehouse. There are many of us tired of this process and believe that maybe a law should be changed somewhere for the best of all.
