The 285th Avenue NE road improvement proposed by the Town Board is too great of a financial burden ($6500 each) for the 27 property owners.
This matter has never came up for a vote and it is obvious that the majority of the property owners are against the improvement at that cost.
We, the undersigned, call on the Town Board to either eliminate the proposed 285th Avenue NE road improvement, or at the very least, have the 27 effected property owners vote the issue.
