Brynden was a victim of Shaken Baby Syndrome, it can happen to any baby at anytime through the age of 4.. Please if I can tell you one thing I would say Never, Ever Shake a Baby!!! Its results are not only devastating, but life threatening... Trust me I know too many families personally who have been affected by this.
Basically the states attorney in Williamson county is saying it is okay to kill babies that he will seek the minimal possible penalty...
More cases continue to build as perps are receiving a "slap on the hand" for killing and/or permanently damaging children that are ages newborn to 4 yrs old.

We, the undersigned, call on the Supreme Courts to establish harsher punishments for perpetrators found guilty of ending the life or causing severe/permanent brain damage to children of the ages newborn to five (5) years of age.
