Sterling College should give students their money back and apologise

Background (Preamble):
Sterling College in Sydeny, has been shut down immediately without any notice to any students at the college. This has caused a lot of distress to students, who are just 20 or so years old, without any financial holdings or stability. What will they do? They come to Australia to gain an education, not to pay money for no specific reason.
It's just not fair. Teachers have been sacked and got the students to pay the fees three weeks before the closing.
