We dont have anything in place for nyngan's animals and there welfare.
There are a lot of people whom do not care for there animals properly.
I am asking the Nyngan council to please help with funding of a animal shelter or something along those lines because there are a lot of animals not being looked after properly and every animal has the right for safety.
Animals can not talk and tell us what they need or how they feel and a lot of pet owners do not care. It's sad to see animals in a terrible state when they have not been cared for. Every pet deserves the right to be safe and warm and fed.
