The electors, resident and stakeholder have conclude that the Special Service Area 14 in not servicing the best interest of the community for which it was reconstitute. Cause due to it's administrators, commissioners and Rogue ideology.
Since the service provider will not adopt the purposes of the community; the conclusion is that providing security service is not enough creating a disconnect.
The disconnection effects a tax levy territory bounded by 6700 south to 7400 south, 3200 west to 2200 east.
We, the undersigned, call for disconnection of Special Service Area 14 and the special tax levy of its EAV territory.
