Hold parents of spoilt criminal children responsible

I think the constitution of India promises freedom and liberty to all the citizens. But these criminals are quite robbing that from people.

I find that the parents of the children who turn out to be blood thirsty criminals and ruthless barbarians are to be held responsible. Because they could not have a hold on them when they should be taught, they turned a menace to the society.

I wish there should be a law to draw the parents of such to the courts and tried. They should be punished if found reckless and irresponsible in bringing their children. This I feel would surely bring down the number of criminals down. I like that this petition be taken serious. In true spirit and with all concern.
