Speeding in Slitting Mill

Background (Preamble):
We are extremely concerned about the speed at which vehicles travel through our village. Rural Cannock Chase has a blanket speed limit of 40 mph, to afford the wildlife (deer etc.) a chance of escape when they venture onto the roads. However, many vehicles ignore this recommendation and this is a danger to all.
Petition:
We, the undersigned, respectfully ask C.C.U.D.C. (Highways dept) to consider ways of managing the sppe of vehicles through Slitting Mill.
