I am creating this petition in hopes it will help to have Speed Bumps installed on Martlet Place. I have spoke to neighbours from Martlet Place who share my concern about the amount and speed on traffic in the area and also agree speed bumps need to be put in place.
I have also wrote to Jackie barkhouse in the Fall and she had said she would do her best to try to have speed bumps installed but I haven't heard anymore from her. We have signs posted that state there is children in the area and to slow down but they do no justice. I believe it is only a matter of time before a child gets hit by a car on this street.

This area is known to have many children running around daily as the playground is on the turn at Martlet Place.
