Since the 495 Beltway was last widened, the sound levels in the Chapel Hill neighborhood and surrounding neighborhoods have increased significantly due to dramatically increased beltway traffic.
We, the undersigned, call on the Virginia Department of Transportation to construct soundwalls that would reduce the impact on residents of Chapel Hill, a
community outside I-495 that lies south of Little River Turnpike.
