I've been a resident of Ingleby Barwick for 19 years and the one thing that lets us down is our bus service, they assume that everyone on the estate drives. The residents on the estate know that's not true.
Every bus service in Thornaby, Stockton, Middelsbrough run until 11:30pm and have a Sunday service, yet Ingleby Barwick buses stop at 6:26pm for Stockton and 6:50pm for Middlesbrough. Surely if the buses run until 11:30pm through Middelsbrough, Stockton and Thornaby (all of which also have a Sunday service) then surely our buses could run until 11pm Monday-Saturday and have a Sunday service that runs until 9pm.

Talking to some of the residents on the bus coming home from work today, Ingleby Barwick contributes a lot of money each day compared to other areas that use the bus passes.
Think about how much extra Arriva could make if they agreed to this proposal. Also some people on the estate are unable to drive and would rather take the bus saving our environment.
