Background (Preamble):
We as tenants in any of your apartment buildings in the area of 163 Street, Edmonton, Alberta are concerned for our safety and the safety of our children.
We as tenants are afraid to walk through the lobby of our building(s) during the hours of midnight and 8 a.m., due to homeless people sleeping in such said lobby.
Previous Residential Managers have requested the doors be locked during such house to keep us safe.

Petition:
We, the tenants, of your building(s), call on SMT Equities, to put in locks to the first lobby doors in all your buildings on the block of 163 Street and issue keys only to the tenants living in such said buildings and having those doors locked between the hours of midnight and 8 a.m.
