The local community have requested that a skatepark be built in the city of Laurel, within Prince George's County Maryland. Everyday the local skateboarders in the community are being kicked out and banned from everywhere they go, even when there are not other pedestrians around.
Everywhere the local skateboarders skate, there is always an individual who call the police or threatens the skateboarders to leave, otherwise he will be forced to contact the authorities.
The city of Laurel, Maryland has a large population of skateboarders with no where to go, without getting in trouble. Building a skatepark will help keep the local skateboarders out of the streets and away from potential dangers.
We, the local skateboarding community, are asking for your help to sign this petition in order for us to build a skatpark in the city of Laurel, within Prince George's County Maryland.
