Skateboarding is more than just a fad. In fact Skateboarding is the fastest-growing youth sport in America. Our kids need a safe place in their community to practice, build their skills and foster a sense of belonging.
A community skatepark is about much more than just ramps and rails. A skatepark is a haven for youth riders who want to safely practice their sport, learn from other riders and socialize. We need our community to make this happen for our kids.
A skatepark literally keeps riders off the streets. No more dodging traffic, getting tickets and potentially damaging public spaces. Skateboarding gets kids moving, staying fit and being outdoors. Spread the word.
