Shut The TESCO Rear Car Park Barriers

The rear section of the TESCO car park is regularly being used by young drivers as a racing circuit, a skid pan and also while under the influence of drugs and alcohol having illegal parties causing Anti Social Behaviour and huge disturbances to the residents of Knites Park.
Not only this we regularly encounter travellers using the space to set up camp for however long they desire. Again keeping us up all night and leaving behind a huge amount of litter that makes its way into all our gardens.
Tesco has a duty to be a responsible neighbour being so close to Knites Park and Eynesbury Manor.
These issues are imposing the following risks and disturbances:

- Health and Safety risk to themselves and others around
- Keeping Knites Park residents and children awake all night long due to the noise
- Huge risk of crashing the cars into residents property, themselves or running a person over
- Possible risk of a serious accident occurring to the drivers and/or public
- Environmental impact due to the litter and substances being left behind

TESCO has barriers installed already to this section of the car park that comes extremely close to the Knites Park.

Many complaints have been sent to the police and TESCO, but the matter has never been dealt with or resolved, the barriers are never closed.
Damage has already been encountered to some residents fence lines for which they have to pay in order to get repaired.

This area of the car park is always empty, nearly every night of the year. It is therefore clear to understand the extra capacity is not needed for night time shoppers and the barriers can be closed during night time hours: e.g. 9pm-6am to prevent these many issues from continuing.
