The deplorable conditions in the whole United States that I have witnessed personally and even conditions in the world like skinning Minks alive for their fur and yes I did say ALIVE that is horrible.
Texas has horrendous conditions in their animal shelters. I say puppies with only one eye due to crowding and deplorable conditions there.
Why is this happening? Does anyone care at all?
Let's stop poor conditions of people and animals.
