Background (Preamble):
If a gate was installed at the south end of the employee lot between the employee side and the Park and Ride side, the shuttle bus could go thru the Park and Ride side to get to the Employee side to pick up employees and go back out the Park and Ride side therefore making the trip much shorter on time and gas.
