As a resident of State St in Warwick RI I'm requesting the WSA to consider the installation of sewers on the remaining section of State St that currently does not have this access.
Currently both side of the Street do have access to sewers due to new construction that has developed the area and based on the environmental improvements that will increased it would be beneficial for all residents on State St to have the ability to hook up to city water.
Seeing the City of Warwick already has it planed out for a 7-10 year project and half of our road is already completed at this time we are requesting the city of Warwick to complete this one section of roadway.
With this being done it would greatly improve the resale value of these homes and seeing we are butted against the Warwick Bird Sanctuary it would also have a positive impact on the environment.
At this time I would like the neighbors of State Street to to approve this measure to have the SWA complete the sewer installation that has already been started by the City of Warwick and for them to assume the financial cost of this project.
