Security patrols were apart of the land covenants when purchased and ceased after 2 years. The vines have successfully had their security patrols reinstated at the request of residents for a small annual fee paid with the rates.
Crime in Annie’s Landing is appalling with CCTV being installed to most homes. Residents wants the nightly security services reinstated and are prepared to pay a small annual fee to cover the costs.
We the undersigned residents of Annie’s Landing, Ellenbrook call on the local council, City of Swan to reinstate nightly security patrols within the estate ASAP with a small annual fee added to the annual rates to cover the costs.
