Multichoice Nigeria has in the past 12 months increased it's monthly subscription with no significant improvement to the services provided.
Rather customers are consistently having to deal with very poor quality services and arbitrary and unjustified increases.
We, the undersigned, hereby call on Multichoice to withdraw it's proposed increase to DSTV monthly subscription on the grounds that it is unjustified, unwarranted and adds no value to the services provided. DSTV must invest in better and improved customer services, prioritise customer satisfaction and must show cause to justify the last increase that was already made in the 12 months.
