I am petitioning the State of Louisiana to make it against the law for a convicted child abuser to ever retain custody of any children.
In the same law an order will be issued making it mandatory that once convicted of abuse of any kind, any granted visitation by the abusive parent, be supervised by a state worker and all state worker's wages and facility charges be paid for by the convicted abuser to the State of Louisiana.
