Lion’s Pool has served the people of Woodstock and surrounding areas for sixty years, serving as a wonderful resource for swimming lessons, family recreation, and swim team practices and competitions.
We, the undersigned, wish to express our concern with Woodstock City Council’s consideration of closing Lion’s Pool.
Lion’s Pool has served the people of Woodstock and surrounding areas for sixty years, serving as a wonderful resource for swimming lessons, family recreation, and swim team practices and competitions.
We therefore ask that funding be approved to modernize the facility and to continue operations of Lion’s Pool for the summer of 2010 and beyond.
