Disabled orphans in Bulgaria are left in cruel, sick conditions which breaches their human rights.
We the undersigned petition the European Union and the UN to tackle the appalling conditions the disabled orphans of Bulgaria are found in.
Bulgaria's Abandoned Children must be properly cared for.
