In the past two years, Anie Stanley has welcomed friends and family to visit as guest to her home which she has kept exceptionally beautiful in its design.
She has spoken of and exhibited maintenance of the land and house, including staining and painting unfinished wood surfaces, growing flower and vegetable beds, and improving walkways and landscaping.
In addition, Anie has a beautiful pet dog named Cozy who is well trained and loyal.
We the undersigned attest to the excellent condition and meticulous care-taking of 170 Luxton Lake Road by its owner and resident, Anie Stanley.
It is clear to us that Anie Stanley loves her house and home at 170 Luxton Lake Road.
We strongly believe that she deserves the right to live there and to care for it more than anyone else. It would be a great injustice should she be forced to sell it.
