Aldmeran Smith plans to close Senn High School and put four highly selective advanced prep schools in it's place.
She states the school has low test scores as that's one reason she wishes to shut Senn down.
Senn High School has been a community school since 1913. With Alderman Smith's plan to close it down and put in four highly selective schools, where will the present students of Senn High School go?
If the school could get some more money for funding, then maybe things can be fixed up around the school and could remain open.
