Petition Background (Preamble):
Scrattons Sports & social been a community club since 1972 and after 40 years have decided to close down due to "unexplainable rates rise" or "decline in the number of members" or "just had enough", not sure of the closure but the community was not informed.
Petition:
We want the council to look at the "rates" issue and encourage the community to be one and let the members decide.
