Little folks play group has been running for over 50 years and has come a long way since. We open for all the children in the community from the ages two and a half to five years old.
Little folks play group is operating in hackney, which is one of the most deprived areas of London. It is to the children's credit and one of the main strengths of the playgroup.We are a voluntarily sector and have funded our play group for the last six year independently.
We are now asking for help and funding from the learning trust and got turned down. We are now in the proceeding of closing down, due to lack of funding.
We the community and members of the public have signed this petition in recognition that little folks play group is needed and is a value to this community.
