Petition Background (Preamble):
Thank you very much for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. I am so sorry to hear you are disappointed to find we no longer offer our Crispy Flautas.
Approximately twice a year, we change our menu offerings to introduce new and exciting items to our guests. In order to do this, we need to remove dishes to make room for new ones and we try to select items that are the least popular with our guests. We do realize these decisions will be disappointing to some, so we keep track of the feedback we receive, and review this information often for the purpose of possibly reintroducing a dish or dessert to our menu.
Your input is very important to us, and your comments will be taken into consideration for future menu changes. Thank you again for contacting us. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you again soon.

SAVE OUR FLAUTAS!
We all have come to love the Grand Lux Cafe for there very own Crispy Flautas (Flour Tortillas Filled with Chicken, Poblano Chiles, Cilantro and Pepper-Jack Cheese, Fried Crisp and Served with Avocado Sauce) Just the description itself sounds so good. This item alone gets us all to visit Grand Lux Cafe in Vegas.
I along with many others can't imagine our visits with out our Flautas. So I urge each and everyone of you to please considering Keeping the Flautas on your Menu.
