SAVE INTER-SCHOOL SPORTS 2013.
The work to resurface the main athletic track and various field event areas at the national stadium commenced on Wednesday, August 15, 2012 with firm and repeated promises from the Powers That Be, that the facility would be completed in time and that the hosting of NAPSAC and BSSAC in 2013 would not be interrupted.
The first of these two promises has already been broken. Now, without VIGOUROUSLY and FULLY exploring the several options which are available, it appears as though the second promise will also be broken, as NAPSAC has been cancelled for 2013 with BSSAC looking very much like following suit.
LET THE POWERS THAT BE KNOW THAT THIS IS NOT AN ACCEPTABLE OUTCOME AND THAT NAPSAC AND BSSAC MUST BE HOSTED IN 2013.

THE POWERS THAT BE HAVE A NATIONAL MORAL OBLIGATION TO ENSURE THAT NAPSAC AND BSSAC ARE HOSTED IN 2013.
We, the undersigned would like to suggest that failure to host NAPSAC and BSSAC in 2013, represents a BROKEN PROMISE to the Country and thousands of Young Athletes.
We further suggest that this BROKEN PROMISE will have a devastating effect on these young athletes who have dreamt, trained, toiled and sacrificed for many months in anticipation of these national events.
WE IMPLORE YOU TO FIND AN APPROPRIATE SOLUTION AND ENSURE THAT NAPSAC AND BSSAC ARE HOSTED IN 2013.
