Description/History:
Thames Water want to carve up the Green at Daly Way in Aylesbury for a huge sewage storage system. This is part of a local 'foul water flood alleviation scheme' - but the problem has not been clearly defined, and the solution is grossly inappropriate and disproportionate in the middle of a residential area.

We, the undersigned, call upon Thames Water to withdraw their scheme for Daly Way Green, and work with the local councils on a sustainable, appropriate and proportionate long-term solution.
In addition, we call on Aylesbury Vale District Council to voluntarily register Daly Way Green as a 'Town Green' to protect it for future generations.
