THE UNDERSIGNED, BEING REPUTABLE MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC OF OCEAN CITY, MARYLAND, ACKNOWLEDGE THAT WE HAVE PERSONAL KNOWLEDGE OF THE ABOVE APPLICATION FOR A CLASS A BEER-WINE-LIQUOR LICENSE TO BE LOCATED AT 11803 B&C COASTAL HIGHWAY, OCEAN CITY, MARYLAND 21842. WE ARE FAMILIAR WITH THE PREMISE AND THE SURROUNDING AREA UPON WHICH THE PROPOSED BUSINESS IS TO BE CONDUCTED AND HAVE GOOD REASON TO BELIEVE THAT:
(1) THERE IS NO PUBLIC NEED AND DESIRE FOR THE LICENSE; AND
(2) THE NUMBER AND LOCATION OF EXISTING LICENSE HOLDERS
ADEQUATELY SERVES THE PUBLIC; AND
