Background (Preamble):
For years, there has been accidents in the same spot, in the same way. I am refering to the intersection of North Clinton St. and A Avenue East. With surrounding businesses, cars block vision. If there was a 4-way stop, many of these accidents could have been prevented. Please help prevent those in the future.
