Background (Preamble):
Take Action Now! Mothers and Children's Rights are not really taking into account. There is an urgent need to change The procedures in Courts are following right now regarding Domestic Violence, that not only involves Physical, but emotional and Psychological.
Currently the whole Legal System limits access to Legal Representation, Legal Representation does not have the right tools to help mothers, no one wants to listen, talk or see any evidence regarding this matter, apart from "Professionals"appointed by the Court.

We, the undersigned, call the Local and International governmental organisations to take action regarding Safer Family Laws for Mothers and Children alleging Domestic Violence in Australia.
