Background (Preamble):
The United States government has signed through a bill that views all Americans as terrorists and does not need a reason to arrest torture and assassinate any citizen they wish, without trial.
Petition:
We the People call for this bill to be repealed because it contradicts the Bill of rights in our constitution and we demand it be changed!
