There is garbage pickup but there needs to be a curbside recycle service for people who want to put recycle out with the garbage and or people who are disabled who cannot go to the recycle place.
It can be charged with the garbage disposal and people can pay the extra price for the recycle service.
There should be a curbside recycle service whereby people could just pay the extra charge to have their recyclables picked up.
This will mean that the elderly or the disabled do not have to go to recycle places.
