Petition Background (Preamble):
My 5 old pug went to a vet as i was told for minor exploratory procedure and possible bowel biopsy and he would be home with me the same evening may or surgery was never discussed as i would never have agreed so due to the major surgery harry died 2 days later.
Petition:
r.c.v.s needs more powers to fine vets and suspend them for negligence causing unnecessary pain or death due to misconduct to our beloved pets.
