We the concerned herby, united by sets of circumstances, who reflect the racial, ethnic, and linguistic diversity, heritage, geographical location historical bonds. We the "Berbers'' the autochthons of North Africa, people, who are made stateless by historical bloody colonial invasions, mapping and dividing our land for its rich resources. Victims of a tyrannical forced assimilation, indoctrinations of our children "Chleuh"= Streep, prosecution, conversion of the Amazigh people into total submission of a racists foreigner's eradication, an ethnic cleansing.

Today, we the concerned Berbers victims', activists, journalists, have decided to petition the world, in order to voice our demand for justice, through our petition of SEPARATION & AUTODETERMINATION.
We hereby petition the people of the United States of America, the U.N, The Media, and world leaders, in a just cause, demanding justice, and asking for help in a form of legal remedy, and logistics, in a mutual humanitarian understanding spirit.
We the Berbers Nation, herby surging from ashes to stand tall and proud amongst the few braves who fought for rights in the face of the unhuman brutal draconian tyranny.
We petition the world for an equal status. To ensure an orderly transitional transfer from the prevailing; brutality, into the 21 Century.
A new nation should be structured in such a civil way, with a new constitution of Moden times.
To ensure cooperative, coexistence, peace, democratic process, transparency, liberties, human rights, the pursuit of happiness, equal status roles for persons from different ethnic groups. Separating religion from the state. of a free independent-Berbers Republic.
As we the people hold the colonial apartheid- totalitarian-dictatorial criminal system "Mekhzen'' machine, guilty of crimes of war, crimes against humanity,
Rif Holocaust, countless, massacre, mayhem, lack of equitable justice, misery, and an abject SYSTEMATIC poverty.
Plunder of our badly needed resources, minerals, agronomy, fishery, in the hands of our enemy, pedophilia, drugs, arms, and human trafficking. torturing, kidnapping, and systematically starving the prosecuted, neglected poor Berbers of the Atlas.
As we hold the international conspirators, investors associates-opportunists' accomplices guilty of the same crimes as well.
