Review Residental Parking And Speed Control in and around Market Street

Background (Preamble):
Market Street is a very narrow road and has very tight exit into castle Road in Builth Wells. As a resident I and many others are very concerned at:
1) The speed of the traffic through Market Street, which has a compliment of older tenants.
2) The parking is a nightmare for residents and does involve double parking in Bank Square which hems in vehicles and causes all sorts of problems.

We petition:
1) To approach the POWYS Highways Department to install a residents only parking scheme
2) Some sort of traffic control to prevent speeding i.e maybe speed bumps or regular speed trap operation.
