Inquiry and Review of Child Protection laws

We, the undersigned, call on the Australian public to ask the Government to investigate this nation wide epidemic and change the laws.

1: Second child removed at birth until they can prove themselves to be a fit parent and lose of payments;

2: For 18 year orders the parents should lose their rights. See the child on their birthday. Have limited access , No say in how the child is raised.

3: After being with the carer for 2 years they should be allowed to adopt at No cost to the carer;

4: If a child is placed in care and family members live interstate and want the child , they shouldn't have to move to that state.
