Water meters were installed to all resident lots for the purpose of monitoring water consumption, but now all residents are being charged individually for water usage. Review section 6.02.130 of the Manufactured home park rent adjustment procedures.
We, the undersigned, dispute the individual meters that have been installed to each resident lot.
We are asking for a decrease of rent to off set the cost of water usage.
