The dekalb county sheriff office is treating imates in their jail like animals even if you are their for something small they treat you like you kill someone the dont feed you well they give nasty foods dont respond to anything unless if someone is dead that the only time they comin in where they hold the inmates i seen it happen the goverment doesnt know about the problem goin on in da jail because they are breaking human right and their civil rights this is not a jail anymore it a company they get paid by th FEDS $350 US to hold each inmate but only spend $10 us on each person so they lack heathcare for imates and lack foods to feed the prisoners.
