Return Ulsi Home To His Family From Albania

We need signatures to bring my husband back to our family. He went back to Albania for deportation voluntarily because he received a letter stating that "He should report back to his country for final processing of his immigrant visa". He was approved and then we were told his paper work had to go to Vienna Austria to be approved for extreme hardship.

He has been there for 17 months. His wife and his family have incurred extreme hardship financially, emotionally, and physically. My daughter needs back surgery she will be immobile for 6 months. I need my husbands help lifting and taking care of her. Our house needs repairs and a new roof. I am unable to afford these repairs let alone to pay someone to do it.
