I'am A 33 yr old single mom who recently has been violated by cps , my rights were denied i was given a public defender that knew nothing in the way of cps and its workings so poor representation if ever there was.
It disgusts me how the courts and cps are violating our rights on a huge scale and ruining families and turning our children into statistics of those who are homeless or incarcerated and there's nothing we can do to stop them. well that time needs to come to an end parents we need to stand up and fight our children need us we can fight by way of reason or way of force but we need to fight our children s lives depend on it.
cps has taken things to far our federal government and its funding they call insensitive s or bonuses its paying cps case workers for stealing our children need to stop as well and those who have been apart of the stealing and selling of our children case workers and supervisors need to be held legally accountable for the lives they've ruined .
Stop C.P.S its time to start new start fresh, it's time to return the children that have so wrongfully been stolen there need to be more clear and structured policy that cps should be mandated to follow there should be stricture laws in which cps should have to follow before they take another child away from there loving homes cps is completely corrupt all the way down to the juvenile court judges that preside over the case's.
It's time to start fresh those case workers and supervisors that are currently employed with cps need to be held accountable and punished for the lives they have single handedly destroyed as of now our children who are taken an placed in the foster system make up 80% of the homeless or incarcerated population our children deserve to be more than a statistic there our future if cps isnt stopped what kind of future is there going to be. If our children are already 80% of the homeless or incarcerated upon release of the fostercare system when they reach legal adult age 18 yrs old.
Parents enough is enough it's time we get our children back and put an end to those who are stealing them and destroying the American family. Stop cps now and return our children.
