Background (Preamble):
It has been noted that the City of Wilmington has plans to remove the traffic signal at the intersection of Oleander Drive and Hawthorne Road.
Petition:
The residents of Oleander Court and Hawthorne Road would like the City of Wilmington to leave the traffic signal at the intersection of Oleander and Hawthorne in place. Removal of this signal will prove to be very dangerous for our residents.
