1. The current NERA Leadership to step down from office;
2. Demand an immediate stop to selling of car stickers and residents to get them for free;
3. Call on immediate stop of current executive to access the NERA bank account;
4. Demand for the current books from January to date to be made available for viewing and critique by residents;
5. A clear budget for 2014.
